The tech guys had visited today and he could not find any problem, so quite obviously it is the cabinetisation cause some kinda influence to my LLU signal...so i m waitting for the negociation between slingshot and vodafone regarding the switch...hopefully i can switch to vodafone cabinet without extra charge~ and keep my slingshot 100G data allowrance~ Money Mouth

again~ thank you all and happy new year~

I don't live too far from there myself but I have to say the Chorus tech's in Glenfield are the most useless and uncaring bunch I have ever met, More interested in moving along to the next ticket than actually solving any problem.

I would strongly recommend that you request Slingshot have you Migrated onto the Cabinet due to excessively slow speeds.

Without a direct request from your ISP to do so it becomes a bit of a messy situation especially considering tech's couldn't care less about speed or at least that's the impression I have been given from the tech's in Glenfield.

It is NOT the job of Chorus or their technicians to automatically move you. Your ISP has requested a ULL connection, so that's what you have. Chouus have nothing to do with this issue, other than the fact they are the people who will fix the isue for you by moving you back to a Chorus wholesale connection.

I'm not saying they should automatically do it but in situations with very slow sync speed as well as other potential problems would it be too much to suggest that they notify the customer or ISP that it is an available option?
