quickymart: Why do they even have a report button?

I've reported illegal radio transmitting equipment for sale over the past few years and they've been pretty swift to take down the listing's.

If you can't laugh at yourself then you probably shouldn't laugh at others.

So why the complete inaction on this one then, I wonder? Maybe they don't even know how ONT's work.

TM have an established policy that mobile boosters and repeaters can't be listed.

"This is because there’s a high risk both for buyers (not being fully aware of the regulations) and to the broader mobile phone and radiocommunications network."

Somebody must have persuaded TM.

Radio communication act/legislation has offences relating to interference specifically

I doubt a network owned device with A Private company label has the same clear cut issue/offence to fall into to do the same

Be my guess.
