Hey, curious if you had any further luck with this?

Hi! Thanks for following up :) It's been a busy few weeks because after six years thanks to a couple of us in the cross lease chasing up consents and some help from a wonderful fellow forum member who works for Chorus chasing things up on their side, we FINALLY got all the consents in place for fibre and they've been doing the build this week. Once the consents came through I basically gave up on VDSL and accepted it will just be absolutely terrible until I can switch. I actually got Spark to request my line be checked and i ended up getting charged an extra $120 for them to do that, because apparently there are no faults. Which seems weird since literally everyone in our units that uses VDSL has the same issues with constant drop outs and slow speeds. Ah well. Forever a mystery I guess. BRING ON FIBRE that's all I can say. So relieved.

Thanks to everyone who tried to assist, I really appreciate it.
