Congrats Outram and Tim. Now I'll need to open up a thread to why Wakefield is covered but not Foxhill which is only just outside of Wakefield. Like, it is only 5mins away by car.

NZtimbo: Yes, an absolutely fabulous result, I'm sure this forum and the petition were discussion topics and I think Chorus has done the right thing.

The petition, submission to the Commerce Committee, response from Hon Amy Adams and supplementary submission were all well worth while.

Many neigh sayers here will beg to differ...

Was more than the petition I done, the community really wanted to be part of the UFB2 rollout and came up with some great ideas and put together a super plan to show what can be done.

Im Glad it worked out for you. At the end of the day you guys justified the need or want for a service. Your gonna get it and already got a little upgrade!

No graphs from me, but I now get a consistent 17Mb on adsl2 any time of day.

I've decommissioned the machine I was using for the testing but still have the data doubt up to then, I'll see what I can do for a graph, the home that it was at was adsl2 haven't gone the vdsl route even with me pestering them to..
