There is another thread running discussing this issue specifically, it seems many are having these issues and Xnet CSR's on these forums have acnowledged the issues, stating they are having problems with the real time data usage meter and that it is in the process of being resolved...

The actual Issue has been resolved Guys, The major issue for why the Usage Monitor is not online is the Records, or to be more exact the amount of catchup records that need processing, there is a huge number to catch up on and this is not a fast process, at this stage we don't belive we will have it fully caught up untill early next week. We do apolgize to all our users for this but the processing does take a huge amount of time to catch up,
