Ok so they must be working on this now as my IP has changed a bit now 60.234.14.xxx and I can now play some games and open apps that wouldnt work since the transfer, however the speed is still garbage.

Got a call today they said they had applied the fix today. They put us on a static ip yesterday and tomorrow they will be switching us to the new wan ip. If it's still useless then i'm  gonna go back on the static ip.

Some further updates they tried changing the port fibre was activated on with no change, they sent a replacement router also with no change. I suggested to them to try upgrading my plan to see what happens to speed and with the sky router it got worse on full speed only get 95ish down and up on ethernet and wifi, Tried my new Tp-link ax1800 and that actually gets full speed now 900/500 on the plan upgrade only. So to me that sounds like an issue with the plan change.

Sky tech cant understand whats happening

Def had to get a supervisor to understand what the issues were. I haven't even plugged in the Sky modem we have been up and stable since the fix.
