Been talking to Xtra this afternoon. They have said that an internal memo to staff has confirmed that the speed issues right now on Go Large are known and that they are being worked on. It is good to know that the company 'officialy' recognises the issue - in my experience when they do that it gets fixed. If the way the network was working right now was 'it', they would probably be saying 'speed issues? what speed issues?'. So good on Telecom.
