Please move if in the wrong forum

I was all excited for the release of snaps new @home plans, however my happyness fell apart when it was explained to me that Naked Broadband didn't work the way I had imagined it to work. Without having any access or permission to change phone providers, I am either stuck on my curernt plan or if it works, get a second line in the house I am in, in order to go Naked on that line.

However, some questions have come about as I started looking up that information
 - Can you have a second line with Naked Broadband, in a house that already has one line with a phone on it and more importantly
 - Who installs second lines that would allow me to connect it to snap. Looking up Telecom, you can get a second line but then you must use Telecom as the provider.

Help!
Cheers

I'm a little confused by your post..

Any home can have a 2nd line installed which is for Naked DSL. You'll just need to request a full wiring install at the time of the connection. There is no need to contact any other provider, Snap will organise this for you and Chorus will come and connect everything up for you.

What is confusing about the way naked broadband works?

Most lines coming into a house will have a second pair already there, right?

All you would need to do (as sbiddle has said above) is to get the second pair activated, and you are away laughing. One pair for Naked DSL, the other for the normal phone connection.

Is this the way you are wanting it to work?
