So here are a few photos, I forgot to take one of the actual grey plynth outside.
PIT - The blue cable is the fibre coming in from the cabinet up the road. The black cables show the fibre running to the house. As you can see one other person off this pit is connected before I was connected. From memory each of these service 25 houses.


FIBRE TRAYS - Fibre coming in from the Blue mains and then get spliced into the cable tray back to my house.


ETP - External Termination Point. I opted for a hybrid, they run a cable to the ONT from here that contains both copper and fibre so easy migration can be done to use existing internal copper later. I suggest asking for a hybrid because they wernt going to do it from the start.



ONT - I requested my ONT to be installed in my comms cupboard upstairs as all CAT5 around the house terminates to this cupboard. As you can see they did a nice job of running it through the roof and putting it into my comms cupboard.
