What voip phone service are you using is it software or hardware?

Telecom website has this information for the modem:

I've looked at those manuals but i can't find a way to open. I think the needs to be open through telnet commands. But the problem is i don't know how..

The second link covers port-forwarding...  i.e. opening a port. No telnet required.  As per Ragnor's first question though, people can probably help more if you indicate what voip service\solution you are using.

You don't need port forwarding in 99% of VoIP setups

Yeah but if its not working you can setup your voip system to send some keap-alive traffic that will let the modem know it has to hold a port open. ALG on some modems isn't fully compatible and has to be turned off, not sure about your modem.

Time to find a new industry!
