Evening,

I've just begun "work in progress" on an initial blog on VDSL2 and a FAQ designed for average home & small/medium office users.

The VDSL2 FAQ is more of a commercial service description rather than being ISP independent.

Are you selling connections?

Why is that your FAQ has "Contact us if you want us to check for service availability for your home or office." and "Our pricing at present is simple..."?

Sorry - disclaimer, we are selling connections.

I'm keen for the page to be about the experience I have getting connected and as a general FAQ resource available to the NZ public.

Will re-write those Q's so they are more independent and have pricing in a separate section for the visitors interested.
