hi

my internet connection is an adsl 256K connection.
yet when i tried to play online tv it said that it was too slow, and that it required i have a minimum 64k speed.
a connection detection box prompted me to detect my speed. It came out my speed was a 28.8 k dialup modem speed.
What is the problem, and what can i do????!!!!

Try going to nz dsl speed test and see what your speeds are.

Ring your ISP; I have having this problem before and after a few calls and test Xtra resolved the issue for me. Unless yuour data capped?
