I was told that fibre is ready for our street and therefore I would like to get this installed.

I am a bit confused with the setup. I will be using my current router DGND3700 since it supports fibre/cable via the gigabit ethernet port.

I will be putting my router 10m away from the 'fibre box' to get better wifi coverage. From that fibre box to my router, do I need to use a crossover cable or patch cable?

Does that router support VLAN10 on the WAN interface?
