Hi All
we are needing to hook up to a business ISP provider for UFB in Hamilton.  There are a number of plans and some have reported variable service delivery for some.  Has anyone got any recommendations or thought as too who should be used or avoided.  WE are looking at around 50-100 Gb/month and a moderate speed - say 30/30.  Connection will be used for VOIP and imaging downloads from local Hamilton businesses with limited international traffic.

Thanks heaps in advance
Neville

Thanks for that

These are the guys that I have heard possible issues in the past.  Have you used them? Te issues may well have been early teething problems of course....

I'm not aware of any problems with Lightwire. But like any ISP getting started with UFB they are going to have some teething problems. Their difference is you can walk into their office here in Hamilton and grumble at someone clever, compare that to some of the big name ISPs.

Indeed I agree with that - nothing worse than a helpdesk along way away!
Thanks for the thoughts

I'd suggest lightwire. Having local support is great for business customers.
