LOL at that guy. He runs an ISP but doesn't understand thinks traffic around NZ is free. LOL WTF?! Telecom still do charge smaller players to hand over traffic albeit they do have peering points if you want to pay the backhaul for them and Telstra doesn't even have this.

Reminds me of that guy posting on ehre who wanted to overbuild the Hamilton fibre network.

TelstraClear and Telecom both require transit to be purchased as neither openly peer like other ISP's do at APE or WIX.
