As a member of telstraclears staff im well used to seeing pretty poor customer serice, but when i signed up with woosh it was just plain hard work.
I call them up to sign up for wireless, order my modem make payment etc. anyway 4 days later i still have no modem.
sgsin i call them up to find out what is going on, only for the girl on the phone to state "oops im sorry we forgot to order it" so i ask if i can pick up in CHC (as they offer this service) im told no i cant and will have to wait 3 more days, needless to say i wasnt impressed so made the girl ask somone higher. (was put on mute for 20 mins while she asked as they dont have hold music)
Shes comes back and says fine you can go in one hour. and gives me a number to ring to advise im on my way.(why she could not call them i dont know). I then stated my partner who is a contact on the account would pick it up (i was told sorry only you can go, again i tell her to ask somone else as that is pretty silly, she advises i have to call the chc pickup branch to check if she can)
I call in 2 hours, thinking the order will have gone through and what do i find, the chc pickup branch does not know anything about me picking up a modem....sigh
Luckly the girl at the chc branch was very helpfull and seemed to know what she was doing (and my partner was fine to go) so i get my modem, then i have to arrange a refund of the 10$ i paid for delivery. this involved another phone call and again being put on hold for 15 mins while the rep asked somone else.eventually i got my modem, my 10$ refund, and it only took 15 days for them to process my direct debit fom.
anyone else had problems when joining up with them?
