What will happen is that your application goes through from the website into our provisioning system.  A sales person will give you a call to go over your application and make sure all the details are right and then do a voice verification with you which is just a recording of your agreeing to move your services over (it's about 20 questions maybe, nothing too awful :))

If you have a particular time in the month that you want to be moved let the sales person know when they call, then we will send it through at the appropriate time, moving from another ISP usually happens the same day we send through the order as long as all the line rental details are correct and there's no outstanding service orders on the line as Telecom will only process one at a time.

After sales have done the voice verification it comes through to provisioning (me) and I send it through to Telecom on the date you've requested it be sent through.  Telecom will then process it and move you (or let us know if there's a problem with the order in which case we'll contact you and get it sorted out).  So make sure you're ready to move on the day you've requested! :)
