Decent Cap, Cheap, Fast.

Every ISP in New Zealand will offer you two of those.  Sounds like you want option one and two, so I'd suggest Slingshot.

Where do you live? Are you rural or in a city? Can you get TelstraClear Cable?

The Consumer Magazine rates ISPs every year, that'd be a good starting point.

Inspire, Actrix, and Snap come out tops according to the consumer survey. Inspire gets very high ratings. You'll have to look into UFB yourself, or see what others say.

Suggest you also spend a little more time writing your posts rather than writing in txt spk, we're not grading your spelling and grammar (not officially anyway) but if you make an effort to spell things properly and use proper sentence structure you'll probably get more help.

Are you wanting good support too? Or are cheap and a decent cap you main priorities. I think all 3 is harder to come by, although telecom is pretty good these days on one of their packages.
