Compass screwed up my billing again, I am trying to log on to their website to log a ticket and the website wont come up.
Is it just me?

'Down for everyone' website quoted above would suggest it was down for everyone.

Still down. Ironically, I wanted to given them my notice that I am cancelling my accounts since their service is so poor, so at least they are consistent.

I gave them the flick on Thursday, they dont now anything about customer service.
catnthehat, who are you going to for your internet?
I am looking at SNAP, I have called there customer service line a few times and they answer it quickly.

I was looking at Snap also - they rate well on the Consumer web site (not top, but near the top).
