Hi there everyone, I am glad to say that its sunny. Im not glad to say that i am fed up with xtra!

Heres why, i believe that i used to be on explorer, i gt 5gb of downloads and either 2.5mbps speeds or 3.5, Then we changed to Go Large and yes, the download capacitys great but my speeds arnt. i thought i was in for a higher speed! I used to download files at about 200kbps (kilobytes) to 500kbps. Now we get 30kbps if we are lucky! Limewire is even slower, when its going fast i download at 10kbps. I went on my cousins computer the other day (they are on xtar too) and downloaded a file on limewire. Hers went at 120kbps!!! i used to get that speed on a slow day but to see it again, gosh, i felt like i was remembering the good old days, thats for sure. I rang up xtra and told them my worries. they ddint seem to interested in my speed for some reasona dn kept asking me questions about limewire (is it running atm etc) they then told me that they forwarded my enquiry onto the technical people and that i would get an email from them. two weeks later and no such email has arrived. Now, what about torrents you ask! Well, i cant get a speed over 3kbps. thats right, Three!

Is this normal? Am i normal?

If you have taken the time to read this then i thank you very much. If you reply i thank you more!

Have you taken a bit of time to read the T&Cs for the Go Large plan? There are two things going on: first Telecom "manages" speeds for any P2P program. Second it seems they have other problems over their network.

A lot of people posted about this since last November. The advice? Switch providers.
