Hi,

I will not start by complaining, just that this is my story. I was getting speeds of 980kbps so I decided to give up waiting, the Customer Service manager told me "We will not be able to improve your sevice, I suggest you try someone else". So 3 day's ago I signed up to ihug phone and Broadband and today I checked my line speed, as it seemed quicker and guess what, 3351kbps. I am just awaiting the call, "we see you have decided to leave us and we want you back".

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have a friend who decided to leave Xtra and she was also asked by Xtra why she was leaving.  It seems they are making efforts to try and understand why people are dissatisfied with the service provided.

Some might say too little too late but good on you Xtra, it seems like the message is getting through at last Smile

Regarding the speed increase you have experienced, most people who have left Go Large are reporting decent increases in speed although I have to say your increase is exceptionally good Cool  Fingers crossed that it stays that way!
