I think we've achieved some sort of record.

Customer signed up with us on Tuesday. The UFB order was submitted to Ultrafast Fibre (the Tauranga 'local fibre company'), installation completed this afternoon.

Can anyone beat that ;)

That's pretty good.

Tauranga has had it rough these past few months. A certain 'other' ISP submitted hundreds of Right-Of-Way orders that take significantly longer than standard installs.

Back on track!

Yeah ROW and MDU/MUC addresses can blow out the timeframes by a huge margin. Haven't needed to request any apartment buildings yet but a block of 32 flats made up of 2 rows of buildings with 4 tenancies each was a LONG wait. Got one of them signed up .... I assume the rest of the neighbours will forget the early morning concrete drilling wake ups eventually and learn to love the fibre!
