Are you sure you're on a 50/30 plan with UberGroup? If so there's something off with your results, being twice what you'd expect for that plan :-D

Yeah, they sell it as 50/30 but they said it's closer to 100/50 most of the time - it's a very very well managed ISP, they seem to take a lot of pride in providing a very good service...

Edit: this is a local company in Whangarei, I don't think they provide a service anywhere else.

Perhaps they under promise and over deliver.

Now that could be a winning business model :)

I have struggled with poor customer service and poor connections through several different ISP's, I have never been so impressed with the customer service and the network performance...

Yup we've been fibre with Uber for about 3 years now and it just keeps getting better and better!
We are on a 50/50 plan but also get 100/50. (as per the speedtest in my sig)

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

If i am not mistaken,
Chorus offer 50/30 and 100/50 speeds. Evolve 2 and Evolve 4.
You would not be on Evolve 2 if you are getting those speeds :)

Cheers

Whangarei is Northpower not Chorus.

Uber's 50mbit plans have been from day one on the BS2 100/50 product and been offered on the NorthPower LFC network :)

Most problems are the result of previous solutions...
