Does anyone know what the specific differences are between these options on the manage broadband page are?

Fyx Naked Broadband (E)
Fyx Naked Broadband (Urban)

I can't find anything in the FAQ.

I believe that E is EUBA and Urban is BUBA.

Thanks, that's what I suspected. There was a rejected attempt to put me on (E) when I first signed up. I've just been moved onto an ADSL2 cabinet, so let's see if I can switch plans now.
