Anyone on Fyx able to watch SkyGo content through a Fyx connection?

I received an email from Sky saying my traceroute screen shot shows I'm being sent to an off shore Akamai server, in Australia, they said I should ask my ISP why I'm not being sent to a local server. I'm waiting for Fyx to get back to me about this.

I'm not using any geo-unblocking - no VPNs, no proxies, and I'm using Fyx's DNS servers.

Trust me that's not offshore, it's most certainly in Albany. Might be that the address range is seen to be registered in AU though.

I'll txt one of the network engineers ;)

Hi Blazer,

Please PM me the contact you've been dealing with at SKY and we'll be able to help them fyx it :)

Or get those details into the support ticket you've already raised with FYX right?
