Can someone please C&P the WAN configuration for an Inspire UFB connection?

The extra (unexpected) commands are:
Dialer0 interface:
ppp mtu adaptive (not 1492 as I had set)
ppp chap hostname [username]
ppp chap password [password]
mtu 1480
