Good question, they offer it to all their transit customers who peer with Vocus AS4826, however in NZ the existing xDSL users are all behind AS9889 (Maxnet).

I don't believe there's any pressing need for it as such for DSL users, v6 routes are often less optimal compared to v4. Just look at some of the issues Snap users have when its enabled by default.
