Oh Chorus why does it have to be this way :-(
Moved into an apartment 1 Sept. Was told it already had UFB installed but that is another discussion.
Was then told the building would be ready by Friday 12 Sept.
Received notice from my ISP of install date of Tue 16 Sept.
On 16 Sept nobody turns up. Call ISP who just had notice that more building work needed.
Back to landlord who says that work will be done before Wed 24 Sept.
Call ISP on 23 Sept and told yes there is an appointment for the install on Wed 1 Oct.
Today get an email from the ISP that due to a provisioning error by Chorus the install date has been delayed until Wed 7 Oct.
Dear Chorus - What provisioning error? From what I can see something went wrong and I have been pushed to the end of the queue and have to wait another week. Why? Is that really the first time you can come here. Why not push someone else out of their appointment time as I have already been waiting too long.
All the ISP will/can say is "Yeah sorry that is what Chorus tell us. There is nothing more we can do"
