As the subject says, we've tweaked our residential plans.

All except Home Giganet are available in Tauranga, Waikato & Taranaki. Home Giganet is still available in Tauranga.

Key changes

1) Low user plan is no longer published on our website, but it remains available on request.

2) We've brought back 30/10 as a speed option.

This is based on customer feedback. Many have told us that 30Mbps is working great for their Netflix streaming and there was no reason for them to move to 100Mbps - even when offered as a free upgrade

3) Home Premiere +

...Is our previous 100/20 product but with premises wiring included (we'll hook up existing home wiring to our router - this will be via the ONT in the future when the LFCs can sort out remote provisioning/management).

The other change worth noting is we've pulled non-Tauranga region pages from our website.

What we do really well is local service - our office is in downtown Tauranga, the team are here until 7pm each night and for local customers, we're just down the road when they need a bit of help.

We'll continue to provide services outside our home city (and have a number of Geekzone users on the service) but we're focusing on being a regional ISP and waving the local ISP flag.

EDIT: Missed a word.
