If any of the telcos/ISPs around here want to change the PeterReader messages in their subforums, please contact me via PM.

PeterReader is our robot and it posts in new topics when it spots some keywords or a new topic in a specific forum.

Although we have a pretty good custom message already I think we can personalise it for each different telco. If you want something added/changed (your Help Desk number, or some specific troubleshooting) then contact me.

I have already sent a PM to most of you in the forum.

I'm keen to look at the NZBB one next year, currently working on a new minimum Tier 1 Troubleshooting guide.
