Good point Freitasm & I must say a very impressive Auckland result with very low latency as well! I live closer to Auckland in the Waikato, with Interleaving off & my ping time is much higher than your's, you very lucky indeed.

Unfortunately your distance from the exchange is the killer for you. I would try & find out if you could switch to another exchange that is closer to you & possibly increase your upload speed to MAX, this may improve your download speed a bit.
