Currently using the huawei router provided by spark but want to swap it out with somethign that does gigabit lan and has detachable wireless antennas

Was looking at this router from TP-LINK model TL-WR1043ND

http://www.tp-link.com/en/products/details/?model=TL-WR1043ND

Does anyone know if it would it work with UFB?  I have heard they must support vlan tagging but not sure if this one does

My 1043ND V2 didn't support VLAN tagging without custom firmware (Open-WRT). I'm not sure if newer models will, but with firmware they can.

Anything I say is the ramblings of an ill informed, opinionated so-and-so, and not representative of any of my past, present or future employers, and is also probably best disregarded.

The wr1043nd will work on ufb with openwrt barrier breaker 14.07, but theres a certain way to set up the vlan tagging due to the way the existing vlans are set up on there for the switch, wan and wifi etc... I can compile a bin with all the config if you want it
