My father's partner requires some ADSL2+ on a open contract or prepaid basis. I know flip do this but I was wondering if there was other ISPs?

She uses about 5-10GB a month and wants to stay off the contract, BYO modem plans are ok as I'm forking out for a second hand one anyway for her.
Should also mention that she lives in the Whangarei area.
