I understand it is only the Vadaxchange box that they are using at the moment.  I know there is a Samsung IP PBX in the mix but it is not out yet.  Not much more due out until 1st or 2nd Q next year.

I think they are also using the Grandstream HT502 or HT503 to terminate VoIP lines in a customer's premises

Yes, VadaXchange PBXs are currently certified.

In addition are a few trial Asterisk customers which we have been working with for the last 6-9 months. Feedback on these trial sites have been very promising so far! One customer running a small call center (12 seats) has reported very favorably on this service compared to their previous ISDN solution in terms of availability and call quality.

For much the same reasons Mav has stated we have likewise not gone full tilt down opening up access to Asterisk platforms, there are too many places to trip up. That said we are likewise working towards something in this space, I cannot comment on a timeframe at this stage.

I can confirm we use some Grandstream equipment for customers connecting using our wireless network (although not the ones suggested above). The Compass Wireless Network (ex Wired Country) supports 802.1p tagging down to the wireless scheduler level, we actually provide service metrics written into your SLA in the instance of Compass Wireless access and other "commercial grade" access services.
