It's my understanding from trying to obtain DSL,that it,s office is located too far away from home-site.I propose creating a micr-chip techknowledgy in order to boost a dsk signal over existing telephone lines.
  any ideas.?

The only problem with designing an "extender" technology is that you would probably need access to both ends of the cable ... ie. to Telecom's exchange.

I agree, normally the sig.would have to be buffered A-d and D-A for proper trnsferwitout data packet loss.,But,I am suggesting one amp per 3 mile service. It seem's to me most of the work would be in the buffering and filtering circuits.
  What say you?

I don't have any details of the low-level ADSL protocols but I imagine that technically a "repeater" would be easy enough.   The practicalities, however, are a different issue.  A quick Google finds many repeaters and extenders.

The issues are:
- where do we put the extender
- who pays for it
- how do I power it

Imagine a 10 - core cable  headed for a group of remote farms.  Every few KMs I need to split the cables out, feed through a filter, add extenders, recombine with voice.  So a guy 10km out of town that wanted ADSL might need to pay for the installation of 3 or 4 extenders on Telecom poles.

Bring on wireless...

Technically simple.  Prqactically - all under Telecom's control.
