This is a "yeah nah" scenario.

Why don't you just ask your preferred ISP for UFB and see what happens?

LFC's forecast when they're going to go past an address. They could make it earlier, or they could make it later. It looks like they haven't updated their forecast in some time.

This has been brought up several times and I have even sent an e-mail to enable which yielded no result/ they didn't even bother to reply. Enable maps/availability tools are just plain rubbish. They chop and change all the time, I was on the list to get it by July last year, it came and went and now it just says the same as you are getting, basically your wasting your time trying to find out anything with enable. As suggested above try an ISP see what happens

Most ISP's rely on the very same address checker you are using to check the availability of fibre services in the Enable network area.

That check shows the service is not available right now, so no ISP is likely to issue an order for you.

All you can do is check back in June for an update.

The OP is welcome to PM me his address details and I can try to get more information from my contact at Enable.

The views expressed by me are not necessarily those of my employer Chorus NZ Ltd

Its nice to have a contact at Enable.

I just use the normal email contact provided by their website.

Always get a generic "We have no plans past mid-2015 blah blah".
Either failure in planning or just retaining info and providing piss poor communication.

(No longer bothers to email enable)

Or it could be that they do know but they haven't reached agreement with CFH yet. These plans are agreed annually for the year ahead between a LFC and CFH. So they are subject to change and to prevent too much annoyance chopping and changing, only publish what is agreed.

Yeah, enable are effing useless in this regard. Chorus have their plans down pat for the next couple of years, but Enable have nothing after 2 months from now. Great job! It was the same this time last year.

They're also building where Vodafone already has HFC networks before they build in places that have poor ADSL/VDSL coverage, which is also great work. Sigh.

chorus are moving at the speed of a glacier, so its quite easy to predict where it will be in 3 years time.
