Hi guys, as is turns out I just cant catch a break

Question:

For somebody in the know... Can a Fibre consent be redacted?

eg, they have already signed it and were well and happy and then something unrelated happened and they changed their mind. Despite the consent form already being with the Fibre company and a design already being drawn up
