The Telecommunication Dispute Resolution (TDR) website has just gone up, offering all those who have something to moan about their ISP or telephone carrrier, a dedicated service to moan too.

Now were just waiting on Epitiro (commisioned by the Commerce Commission) to provide us with results of monitoring broadband/ISP's in NZ, also allowing detailed tests and reports to be done by NZ consumers, all free of charge.

I was going to lay a complaint about some misrepresentations in landline install pricing when I struck upon:
"TDR can only deal with complaints about events that occurred on or after 30 November 2007. For complaints about events before this date, start by talking to the company involved. If"

While thats a shame, I can understand that...otherwise people could moan about issues decades old and impossible to investigate/fix...

So they wont be getting ivolved in the Xtra Go Large, Woosh Orbit Flatrate and Xtra Yahoo!Xtra Bubble fiascos
