johnr: Not really a off-topic question as it's related to broadband
Sounds like you have a house wiring fault or connected to a rural cabinet, What do the modem line stats reflect about your connection and changing ISP 99% chance speed will not change

Or perhaps the OP actually means 80-120 KB/s which would be about right for straight ADSL upload, and is also the correct order of magnitude for the mentioned figure of 7 hours for 2.4 GB?
johnr: How does this add any value? You don't know anything about end users setup / location and what they have access to
I Could post a 500Mbp/s upload pic but would not help OP

OP asked for an ISP with good upload speed, I showed that Snap has a good upload speed. Others had already covered the angles of "you need a decent connection to your house (VDSL/Fibre)". I believe I answered the question asked, though that question isn't really what they needed to know.
johnr: Every ISP offers that upload speed that retails UFB it's not exclusive to a single ISP
johnr: You posted speedtests from a single ISP yes that really answered the question, I am sure that helped them
