Hi (I am a woosh user)

I am trying to help a relative network her two computers. She has Xtra broadband and is running Xtra. For the life of me I can find the network on her computer.

When she turns her comuter on is connected automatically to Xtra. But I dont know where..

I cant see those wee green computers in the bottom right corner or anything..

I also went >> start >> Mynetwork Places ..

None of the connections I found seemed active..

But found nothing..

Where do I start..

cheers Possum..

Instead of clicking on My Network Places, look for Network on the desktop and right-click it - select Properties. Or try in the Control Panel.

If you don't have Network on the desktop, look for it in the Start list. If not there, right-click the Start button, click properties and then customise it to show the Network in the list. Then you can right-click it to find Properties, or your right-click it and select Show on Desktop.
