Just wondering if anyone else who looks after an n4L school can check if traffic generated externally ( or has specific firewall rules in the N4L router) - Remote desktop, Library catalogues access, VPN etc is working for their school.
We seem to have an issue with external connections being dropped. We have tried from two separate ISPs

Both seem to time out at 220.127.116.11 ( although this may be by design)
Traffic generated from within the school is functioning fine ie my teamviewer session is up and working OK.
or if anyone has an afterhours number for N4L?
