And so ISP seems to have a bottleneck that means any single connection beyond Australia is limited to 14Mb on a 100Mb connection, which is way more than 7% and is like 86%.
I would like to know, is that normal with all NZ ISPs?
I can do a speedtest to the USA to a city and ISP of a friend and get 14Mb, but he, with identical windows7 machine can get 100Mb speedtest to my nearest city. Which make me think it's something the southern cross cable is doing to outbound data.
It just seems odd and really feels like an artificial cap. /rant

I use a few services that use a single connection and so the ability to have multiple to get to the 100Mb doesn't help.
