How do I go about laying a complaint with Chorus? I've just wasted an afternoon waiting for an engineer to turn up only to be told that a Civil team is required. The thing is I knew of this 5-6 weeks ago when the SAME engineer told me one would be required. I was under the impression this was the civil team coming today and after speaking with Chorus several weeks ago was under the impression today was supposed to be the day. What the heck was the point of sending the same engineer out today? Why make a booking for this? It makes no sense.

The delay isn't the most frustrating part, it's dealing with Chorus' inability to manage this, lack of communication and constant chasing up I've had to do to find out what the hell is going on.

It can't be that hard, surely.
