I've got a below average (~13mb/s down) ADSL2+ connection at home, its been fine for the 6 months we've been here, but recently its been playing up.
The connection went down the other day for hours, and when I had a look in the morning it was only connected at 2mb/s down. After power cycling the router, it came back to just 11mb/s. I notice that my upload is only 696kb/s which is abysmal.
Can someone look at my xDSL stats and advise if I'm interpreting these correctly?

My interpretation:
Attenuation appears normal for being a fair distance from the exchange. Maybe a couple of K's?
SNR appears terrible. I'm at the limit of what an xDSL connection can work at from a noise perspective.
I'm on naked ADSL with _no other devices, only the modem_ connected to any jack points. The house has three jack points, and the modem is plugged into the one that gave the best sync speed. I'll get another modem to test in the next week.
