Funnily enough, I have seen connections running at 2.4MBPS with an upload of 800kbps. And that was in Tuatapere (their first UMTS node down here) of all places!
Last time I spoke to some ex-work colleagues, they still said that the rates were about the same. Although, Woosh's upload/download rates are never consistent.
