Hello
Does anyone know if Telecom will let you keep the GoLarge plan if you move house, or will they make you change the plan to one of their existing plans?
Cheers

(PS: I thought I posted this already, but I don't see it in the forum listing)

Why not just call 123 and ask?

ITs not possible to move the plan to a new house. once you move or disconnect adsl you can kiss go large goodbye. Id like to know how many ppl are still on this plan, i for 1 are.

i would think they were pulling your leg. Moving house is a new connection and the go large plan is no longer avaiable so i would be suprised if they could reactivate it on a new line.

My understanding, althrought as I have said above this should be confirmed with 123, is existing customers (as the OP is) may retain this plan, but no new customers are able to sign up.

You would likely have to move the phone connection to the new house to keep the plan. I imagine they would refuse to do is as a new connection even if you were moving house, they would need it to be all done as a single service order.

Time to find a new industry!

To my understanding, you are an existing go-large customer and moving to a new address does not make you a new customer. Therefore, technically speaking, you should still be eligible to keep your go-large plan. However, you should still check that with Telecom (123).
