Do either of those Routers have a WAN port?

 

I see the Netcomm does. The Belkin doesn't - it will not work.

 

In the netcomm setup, have you set the VLAN tag (to 10)? It should work OK.

 

 

 

Edit: there is a guide on Bigpipes webpage for the Netcomm NF4 - not sure how similar the UI is, but all the settings you need are there.

All you need to set is PPPoE, username/password anything. Post screenshots if you need help.

 

Both routers should "work", don't know about "work well" though, you might want to buy a newer router.

 

edit: post a photo of the ports on the routers as well

BigPipe don't normally use a tagged connection (unless you request it), so no need to add a VLAN tag on the WAN port.
