Is this legit?  I didnt think Chorus would allow sale of their ONT's?

They don't allow their sale. Plus once removed, they're only good as door stoppers as they can't be used at a different address than the one they were assigned to.

it is on the back and next to the chorus logo it says do not remove (2nd) photo  - haveing a closer look @ the photos - the transporting capping plug is still in the optical port - so I suspect that it has never been installed ( the provisioning tech would remove and take it away on install)

 

Stolen or rubbish

My ISP are sooz uselessness I need help reelly urgent coz I've already disconnected my copper that my ISP says is unreliable and it faults 30000 times a year or something. The trademe seller is not answering my emails!!!

pffft ... you've obviously forgotten to install your master filter .. I read on geekzone that'll fix any issue ;-)

Try hooking two ONTs together in series. Works a treat and gives ya interwebz*2.

did you not know, if you buy this shove the FibreX cable into it you get real fibre speeds!

These pop up every so often, think it comes.from liquidation sales where the liquidator doesnt spend time working out what actually belongs to the company and just sells the lot to turners

I emailed them a couple of time to say the units actually belongs to enable/chorus but they aren't interested
