Hi guys,

I've been advised by Chorus that NGA is available at my address. Now I am having trouble getting a quote from an ISP. The reps at Spark and Vodafone call centers don't seem to know what I am asking for and I've been on the phone for a while trying to get through to the right department! I keep getting the same answer, "Sorry, fibre is not available at your address."

So, I'm hoping someone here can help put me in touch with the right department or get me a quote for the connection.

I'm currently on Vodafone Rural Broadband 4G. Not fussy about which ISP, I just want to know a rough idea of the cost.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Please DM me your details and i'll put you in touch with someone here to look at this.

Spark Definitely can do these installs, just not a front line thing.
