the speed is within that region, is not it?

good for business to exchange large data... but for household wont be much difference with 700kbps to international sites with 100mbit connection :)

No AFAIK you will get a very fast connection to the internet not just localy in the region.

Renting will be a necessity since you'll have to have sold your house to afford the service if national 'broadband' prices are anything to go by
